                                                    I have had a large storage unit at SIBCO for several years. It is a very convenient location right off HWY 35 and easily accessible. They have not one but 2 large, heavy cipher coded locked gates that can be opened 24/7. There is a lot of security cameras and I feel my belongings are very safe. The property is well maintained, too. The buildings are clean, access drives are free of weeds and graded smooth routinely. Customer service has been great— even after hours, someone always calls back if you call. I had forgotten my code once on a weekend and they called me with it within an hour. Great self-storage operation!

                                                    Site is clean and secure. Access is easy as there is space between the units. Adequate space inside the rental area is good. Would like weekend access, but did not want to pay more for it. Staff are great to work with and very helpful.
