                                      I have had a large storage unit at SIBCO for several years. It is a very convenient location right off HWY 35 and easily accessible. They have not one but 2 large, heavy cipher coded locked gates that can be opened 24/7. There is a lot of security cameras and I feel my belongings are very safe. The property is well maintained, too. The buildings are clean, access drives are free of weeds and graded smooth routinely. Customer service has been great— even after hours, someone always calls back if you call. I had forgotten my code once on a weekend and they called me with it within an hour. Great self-storage operation!

                                      Love the ease and access of storage lot. Double security gates give me confidence that my rv is safe and not exposed to open theft. Buildings are well built and maintained. Love the sense of knowing my rv is safe from the elements year round inside with my own door access. Very affordable comparatively speaking. I would recommend to anyone.

                                      We have had both indoor and outdoor trailer storage for 4 years and it’s been great! Gated entrance which you have an option to make 24 hour. We love the easy access to 35 too.
