We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Sibco. The lot is well maintained, the prices are reasonable, staff is responsive, and I’ve seen security checking the lot regularly. Definitely recommend!

I had an incredible experience overall. From the first time I called, my questions were answered perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had concerns about storing a trailer and the size of the storage unit door. I had problems with a few other storage facilities and am grateful to have figured out my situation. I was able to view the unit before signing any paperwork and the unit was exactly what I was looking for.

I have had a large storage unit at SIBCO for several years. It is a very convenient location right off HWY 35 and easily accessible. They have not one but 2 large, heavy cipher coded locked gates that can be opened 24/7. There is a lot of security cameras and I feel my belongings are very safe. The property is well maintained, too. The buildings are clean, access drives are free of weeds and graded smooth routinely. Customer service has been great— even after hours, someone always calls back if you call. I had forgotten my code once on a weekend and they called me with it within an hour. Great self-storage operation!
