What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Please arrive by 4:30 PM if completing paperwork for a move-in

When can I access my unit?
Outdoor/Indoor Parking is available Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM
Self Storage is available Monday-Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM
Deluxe storage is available Monday-Sunday, 24-hours

24-hour access is available to all units for an additional charge. Give us a call for more information.

Will my belongings be safe?
Your belongings should be safe and sound since we’ve invested in 24-hour video surveillance, coded gate entry, perimeter fencing, and have regular sheriff details.

What type of units do you offer?
Outdoor parking, indoor parking, and deluxe parking for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles. We also offer standard self storage with drive up access and temperature-controlled storage units with interior access.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options for self storage. Outdoor and Indoor Parking require a 6 month minimum. Give us a call for more information.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Most customers prefer auto-pay, however is you want to make manual payments, you may do so online using a debit or credit card or call the office directly. You can also speak to your facility manager about promotions and discounts.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
